We own and operate our own self catering apartments and in 2019 offered our services as a management company, looking after all things holiday let. Our hope is to offer you, our guests, a fantastic service and experience every time you stay with us and for you to have access to hundreds if not thousands of properties to choose from. Our managed homes currently reach all over Scotland and there is an amazing eclectic mix. From city centre apartments, to beach side cottages and getaways in the Glens to hideaways in the countryside & we would love for you to come and stay. You will have the freedom to arrive in your own time thanks to our self check-in service. Everything you need to know about the property has been designed digitally and you can access your Placer Guide from any device you wish. Giving you all information on appliances & check-in instructions as well as updated recommendations for things to see, try eat & drink. Everything we do is with you in mind to ensure you stay, no matter what the reason or for how long, is a true experience.

The Bensil comfortably accommodates up to six guests. As you step through the front door, you'll find yourself in a welcoming and spacious central hallway. To your left is one of the highlights of The Bensil, its spacious dining kitchen, where you'll find adequate seating for everyone. Next to the kitchen, you'll find a separate WC and the utility room, equipped with all the modern conveniences you could need to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. The cottage offers three welcoming bedrooms designed to ensure a restful night's sleep for all. The super king size bedroom, featuring an en-suite shower, provides a touch of luxury and convenience. Meanwhile, the generously proportioned king size bedroom and double bedroom each have an attractive feature fireplace and offer a spacious sanctuary where guests can relax and unwind. The unique octagon shaped large living room beckons, boasting an abundance of natural light thanks to the feature windows around three sides. Imagine curling up on the comfy sofas to watch a great movie on the 65” smart TV, enjoy a good book, while taking in panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, or simply enjoying some quality time with your loved ones in this relaxing space. For those who might need to catch up on work or simply wish to stay connected during their stay there is a small office fitted with a desk and comfy chair. For added convenience, there is a family bathroom and a separate WC, making it easy for everyone to get ready and start their day exploring the beautiful Angus countryside or nearby attractions. Outside The Bensil you are welcomed with a U-shaped drive providing parking for up to four cars. The large enclosed south-facing garden is a true gem, offering a peaceful and private space to soak up the Scottish sunshine.
