The Beach House sits right on Milsey Bay, the main beach, in the lovely sea side town of North Berwick. The Beach House sits in a fantastic position overlooking North Berwick's main beach, Milsey Bay. Refurbished to a very high standard throughout, it offers a cracking, elevated, open plan Living Area of Lounge, Dining room and Kitchen. This space is designed to take advantage of the wonderful, expansive views of the Beach and the Bass Rock. A south facing, sheltered private courtyard also offers outside seating and a professional BBQ. 1 x super king (can be split to 2 x singles on request). 1 x double bedroom. 2 x king size beds with ensuite. 2 x additional camp beds if requested (additional cost). Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties. Please also note: this property is strictly non-smoking, and does not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
