It is a spacious 2 story home with free on-road parking outside. The property includes a modern living room, dining room, kitchen, downstairs bathroom, upstairs W/C, 3 bedrooms & a spacious garden! Bedroom configuration of one double bed, three singles & a pull out sofa bed which is perfect for all guest types You will have everything you need at your fingertips including kitchen facilities, smart TV, washer/dryer and an enclosed, private garden 'High-speed' Wi-Fi is perfect for working from home or watching your favourite shows on the Smart TV! Location: Conveniently located close to local hotspots such as Colchester Castle, Zoo & Colchester Football Stadium. Also close-by are the University of Essex & Colchester Hospital Colchester city-centre provides an array of restaurants, bars & activities for all ages!
