-Strictly NO smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 if signs of smoking have been found)

-Minimum age to be able to book is 21

-If the Property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning)

-All guests agree to sign into our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be cancelled and you will not be allowed access into the property.

- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am.

- Please note that a list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access via the Guest Manual. If this was not followed, a fee of £40 per full refuse or recycling bin will be charged.

Disclaimer: ALL unauthorised early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancellation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Grandeur Property Management Limited lead to a loss of income due to interruptions to a future booking.

需支付损毁押金：£400。 住宿将在到店前天收取此费用。 该押金将通过信用卡收取。 退房后14天内此押金将返还给你。 住宿场所经检查如无任何损坏，此押金将通过信用卡全额返还。
