The living area boasts stunning panoramic views of the London skyline through the 3 full-length windows. In addition to the view, you can also enjoy the Hyperoptic fast Wi-Fi, 50" TV, board games, books, and workspace. The apartment also has a balcony where you can take in the views of the River Thames, Excel Centre, O2 Arena, Canary Wharf, The Shard + more - see if you can spot the London Eye! Feel free to whip yourself up a hot meal with the fully integrated kitchen that houses a microwave, fridge, freezer, pots, pans, induction stove tops convection oven, Air Fryer, cutlery, plates, dishwasher, and more. All for your use. There is a single bathroom that contains a bath, shower, toilet, storage space, and large & small mirrors. In the bedroom you'll find a double bed with two side tables and lamps including an extension lead to aid overnight phone charging. Mirror with spotlights and full clothing space available in the empty cupboard. In our home, your health and safety comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. There is a construction near the property that shall be completed by Feb 2024. ## The neighborhood The apartment is located just off Barking station within Barking high street (2 minute walk). A typical London high street with most amenities including coffee shops (Starbucks, Costa), large supermarkets (Asda, Lidl) and food chains (Nando's, KFC, Mcdonalds). ## Getting around Barking station is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From here you can access 5 train lines which give access through to central London. These are; The Hammersmith and City Line, Circle Line, District Line, Overground line & C2C service. This means that you can access areas such as Westfield Stratford shopping centre (20 mins), London City (25 mins), Canary Wharf (25 mins), The shard (30 mins), Oxford Street (30 mins) with ease.
