The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, a microwave and dinning table for four guests. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers flat screen televisions in the 2 rooms and Flat screen television with Sky in the living room and internet access. This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains a double bed. The property has a stunning canal view, it is adjacent to river Irwell. There is one bathroom and one toilet. The bathroom has a toilet and sink and a shower over the bath. There is a separate toilet with sink. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets allowed at the property but fees apply. -Parties are not allowed -Fee charged for damage to the property or amenities
