Set in a rural location, we are pleased to offer two beautiful, refurbished rooms with either ensuite or private bathroom, along with a new, guest TV lounge, where you can watch a DVD or simply relax with a cup of tea and your favourite book. There are large, sunny gardens to enjoy and places to sit outside, privately or with other guests, as you wish. Breakfast is a Continental affair which includes cereals, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, toast and the freshest eggs collected daily from our hens, for either boiled or scrambled; or there is porridge if you prefer. There are tea and coffee making facilities available 24hrs for guests in the Breakfast Room which enjoys the view of the south facing gardens, these are also available for guests' use throughout your stay. We are currently adopting REWILDING for the majority or our garden, to encourage an increase in our insect populations , and in particular bees. While this does detract from the manicured look of previous years, there are still grassed areas to enjoy along with, hopefully more of our natural friends and wild flowers. This 'programme' will last until September, when we will cut everthing back again. Please note: Being Station House, we are situated adjacent to a railway and there are intermittent trains. However we feel our double glazing is more than adequate to mitigate this and hitherto has not caused any real issue.

We enjoy meeting and welcoming guests to our home and garden. We have one small, well-behaved dog, who can either interact with guests or not, as you choose.

Set in St. Austell Bay, we are ideally located for both the southern and northern coasts. We are 4 miles from Charlestown and 7 from Mevagissey, Padstow is 20 miles and Port Isaac is 18. The Eden project is also just 6 miles away.
