Spinners Well House is fantastic for a family getaway or for a small group of friends to relax and enjoy the local countryside. A bright and airy house it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with an open plan kitchen/diner/sitting room, generous, sunny private garden with patio and off street parking for two cars. A car is needed as it is a rural location. On the outskirts of Chippenham market town, it is a perfect base to explore the beautiful County of Wiltshire, the stunning Cotswold villages of Lacock and Castle Combe as well as the City of Bath. Please note the minimum stay is 2 nights. Plenty of walks from your doorstep - with pubs, restaurants and supermarkets within easy car access. The property is close to Kin House event venue. Up to 2 dogs welcome. The fully fitted kitchen looks out onto open fields behind the house. There is a large dining table, dishwasher and fridge freezer. For those colder nights, there is a remote control wood effect gas fire, as well as a 50" Smart HD TV. Bedroom 1 is a good sized room in the eaves on the first floor, with king size bed and ensuite bathroom (with bath), Bedroom 2 is on the ground floor and is a smaller double room with either king size bed OR 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 is also on the ground floor and is a cosy bunk room with full size single beds. All bedrooms have a view onto the private garden. There is also a family shower room. The house has a private gravel driveway - with parking for 2 cars (3 cars is possible with one behind the other) Linen and towels are provided - as well as basics such as soap, tea, coffee and sugar. The sunny garden is a good size, private and enclosed and has garden furniture and loungers. There is a table for al fresco dining.

The house is in the Wiltshire countryside, on the outskirts of Chippenham market town, near the pretty village of Kington Langley. Within easy reach of the City of Bath (around 35 mins drive or easy train ride away) and stunning Cotswold villages. Avebury, Stonehenge and Longleat are all within easy reach too. Spinners Welle House is located on a short no through road, just off the B4069 on the outskirts of the village - with its easy access to the M4 and Chippenham. There is a train station in Chippenham just 10 minutes away from the house, with plenty of good value parking and regular, fast trains to Bath, Bristol and London. We don't have a pub or shop in the village but there are good pubs a short drive away. There is plenty of information about places to eat, shop and walk in the information folder in the property. There are footpaths which run directly from the house. If you are attending a wedding or event at Kin House, we are just a few minutes away - there is a footpath but you would need a change of shoes as it can get muddy! (the main road to Kin House is not recommended for walking) We do not yet have electric charging for cars but there are 5 x superfast charging points at Chippenham Pit Stop - a services just up the road (around 8 minutes drive away) with a cafe while you wait
