Hill House is a modern new build on land from our family farm. It is situated on the top of a hill with wide reaching views towards the Sperrins and Lough Neagh. Sperrin View Rooms are on the first floor of our family home. They consist of 2 modern ensuite rooms with access to their own kitchenette. ***PLEASE NOTE*** FRONT DOOR ACCESS AND THE STAIRS/LANDING AREA ARE SHARED WITH HILL HOUSE APARTMENT BUT ALL OTHER FACILITIES ARE PRIVATE.
WE ARE A FAMILY OF 5. OUR CHILDREN ARE 10, 7 AND 5. I REALLY ENJOY HOSTING AND MAKING THE ROOMS COMFORTABLE FOR GUESTS AS I HAVE TRAVELLED THE WORLD MYSELF.
THIS IS VERY RURAL SETTING SO THE ONLY THING YOU MAY HEAR IN THE MORNING ARE THE BIRDS, SHEEP OR COWS AND THE OCCASIONAL TRACTOR!
