Spacious and bright one bedroom apartment, conveniently located in Rose Hill, just minutes from local food shops and with super easy access to city centre, with buses going every 4min!
I am kind of person who love to building a friends . I am also very social person , I also know how to respect people space . I am always ready to try and accommodate most of your needs from early morning till late evening and I am easily reachable via phone or email at your convenience.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. Inside the building there are two more flats - one on the first floor and one on the second floor. The neighbourhood has a variety of shops to offer that are only 5 min walk and if you prefer a wider range of groceries, there is also a huge supermarket located within 12min walk. There is parking available at the property as well as free on street parking just next to the house if you are a car owner. Alternatively, the bus stop is just 2min walk, with the buses going every 4min towards city centre and rail station.
