Enjoy a memorable stay in Brighton at our unique floating home on the Eastern Jetty of Brighton Marina with stunning views across the water and just a short walk to all of the restaurants, pubs & shopping in the marina complex. There is free parking in a dedicated carpark 2 mins away from the apartment and Brighton centre is just a short bus or cab ride away Sea Breeze has everything you need including quality bedding, coffee machine, cooking facilities, large smart tv and a great South/West facing balcony The space: There is a comfortable double bed on a mezzanine level and a pull out double sofa bed in the living area (can sleep up to 4 guests) The dimensions of the Sea Breeze are as follows: Lounge/Dining Area/ Kitchen Area: 270cm x 630cm Shower Room: 190cm x 120cm Bedroom: 270cm x 390cm Staircase: 54cm wide Balcony: 300cm x 170cm Please Note: The staircase leading up to the bedroom is quite steep and narrow and may not be suitable if you have restricted mobility Guest access Sea Breeze is a self contained floating home The apartment comprises lounge/dining area with an open plan kitchen, mezzanine bedroom, shower room and balcony. There is tea & coffee facilities, TV in the lounge & bedroom, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, extractor fan, cutlery & crockery, pots & pans, hairdryer and iron & ironing board, air cooling fan. There's a self service launderette on the lower section of the jetty. Other things to note Free Parking Parking is in a secure berth holders car park which is 2 mins walk to the apartment. Along with the apartment keys, a fob will be provided in order to access this car park
