Apartment situated in a lovely quiet residential part of Skegness, 5 minutes pleasant walk to the beach, and 10 minutes to Seacroft golf club. Sea Breeze consists of two rooms a lounge&diner area with a double day bed and small kitchen area, a stairwell then leads to a large bedroom with king size bed and single sofology sofa bed, a shower room and toilet & wash room, and small balcony area. All recently refurbished to a high &and modern standard. Also a private secure drive way is offered with this listing. We are right near the quieter end of the beach, lovely beach walks to the Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve, you can enjoy peace and quiet in this area, while having Skegness Town Centre and all the amenities just a 10-15 minute walk away.
Myself and my husband Nick like to give guests privacy but are on hand 24/7 if needed. We have a very large house right near the beach, The apartment is situated around the back of the house, with its own entrance, we very much look forward to welcoming you.
Quiet residential area, we are right near the beach!! 30 seconds walk and you are in a small Forrest area which leads you on to the beach, it’s the quieter part of Skegness beach, only a mile walk to the start of Gibraltar Point nature reserve. Town is a 10 minute walk the opposite direction. Guests can park on the private drive way at the apartment. Town is a 10 minute walk, where busses are very frequent to nearby Ingoldmells and Chapel St Leonard’s. Skegness train station is a 5 minute taxi ride away or 15-20 min walk.
