We have sought to equip our apartment to a high standard, and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for your stay. Located on the ground floor with private on-site permit parking for 2 cars and complimentary Wi-fi. A bright spacious lounge and fully equipped kitchen so you can cook like you're at home. A modern family bathroom with an over bath rainfall shower and en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms are blessed with views of the Water of Leith river. Our property is located in The Boulevard development and has excellent transport links. A regular bus service into Edinburgh is within 3 minutes walk of the apartment. Saughton Park is a short leisurely walk along the Water of Leith walkway and is one of Edinburgh’s hidden jewels, if you’re lucky you may see otters in the river. The park has plenty of things for the whole family to do, children's playground, outdoor gym equipment, large skate park, walled gardens and bistro. The local gym is opposite and offers day passes.
