Easy access to Penrith or Carlilse, both being 8 miles approximately away, with a bus stop outside the park. Being a small park makes it a desirable place for quiet getaways, and if the kids want to come along, it has a small play park to keep them entertained. Armathwaite, a picturesque village is approx 2.5 miles away and boasts some beautiful walks along the River Eden, and to finish there are two local pubs both serving excellent food, or if you prefer to eat in, a local grocery store and post office to get some essentials in. If you wishing to venture further there is Ullswater Lake, Keswick, and a few beaches for you to choose from to really explore what the Lake District has to offer. The chalet is 3 bedrooms, a main bathroom and en-suite, with an open plan kitchen/dining and living area, making it a comfortable size for family or friends to enjoy some time away.

I know how precious our pets are to us, so I accommodate for your dogs to be able to join you on your holiday with plenty of walks in the area for them to equally enjoy the area. I am also an animal lover with 3 cats and 2 horses. I am often available on site and easily contactable. I will endeavor to respond quickly to your messages. I may sometimes pass by to say hello, but I equally respect that some guests prefer to be left alone. I have provided a welcome pack with a list of places to visit, for those who are unfamiliar with Cumbria.
