This lovely 2 bedroom flat is situated in the desirable Roseburn area of the city, ideally located between the city centre and airport . The Roseburn area is well connected to key locations across the city. The nearby tram system (5 mins walk) provides direct access to the city centre (10 mins walk), Haymarket Railway Station (5 mins) and the airport (25 mins). There are also frequent bus services on Roseburn Terrace (5 mins walk). The area also features a host of local amenities including sporting venues, local shops, cafes & bars.
