My Name is Sally I welcomed guest back to Rife Lodges in March 2023 which I manage along with my husband Paul who has become the handy man for fixing all my problems I even bought him a little handy tool box for the job. I was in Health care for many years before I took on this new challenge in March 2023 which I say I have really enjoyed and not looked back since i have met some wonderful guest and many which have since returned for more. and I hope to meet many more in the future.

The historic town of Arundel is just two miles away with its famous castle, and hosts a multitude of antique shops, and quaint tea rooms and dining. Arundel can also be reached by a beautiful riverside walk, In Arundel you will find Swanbrough Lake with the most fantastic walking and cycling routes where you'll see all sorts of wildlife including ducks, swans and many other types of birds, with a range of fascinating trees on route, and sometimes some sheep grazing in the fields, the route has lots to see and do something for everyone to enjoy. Nearby Chichester boats canal trips, theatres, varied shopping, restaurants and bars and a stunning Cathedral. A charming country inn is in walking distance of Rife Lodge, which offers a friendly atmosphere and traditional menu we highly recommended it. Other local places of interest include Goodwood, famous for "Glorious Goodwood" and "Goodwood Revival Motor Racing" and Festival of Speed. plus, many more events throughout the year. Fontwell Racecourse host regular horse racing and antique fairs. Slightly further out is Portsmouth, steeped in navel history and Brighton which speaks for itself. Nearby Littlehampton offers amusements, beaches, and fishing. There are also excellent golf facilities at Rustington.
