There is good access to Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland and Durham. Set within a traditional 19th-century farmhouse, Riding Farm Bed and Breakfast provides 4-star silver accommodation and a comfortable guest lounge with an open fire. The spacious en suite rooms are well furnished, with a flat-screen Freeview TV, DVD player and a DVD library. Riding Farm offers an excellent farmhouse cooked breakfast and a range of other breakfast options. There are many local restaurants and pubs that serve dinner nearby.
