All on the Second Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: Freeview Smart TV, Patio Doors Leading To Balcony Dining area. Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Induction Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Washing Machine Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Public car park, at cost per day. No smoking. . Estuary View is a beautiful one-bedroom apartment with outstanding panoramic sea views and is in a prime position in Exmouth, based just a stone’s throw from the sandy beach and marina. There is a light and stylish open plan kitchen/living and dining area with sliding doors opening onto a small balcony offering the most glorious views of the water and ever-changing coastal landscape. Relax here with your morning coffee whilst soaking up the beautiful Devon sunshine. The kitchen/dining area is well-equipped with everything needed to prepare a romantic meal for two. If you don’t feel like cooking, there are several good food pubs and excellent seafood restaurants within a few seconds’ walk. The living space has comfortable seating and a Smart TV with Freeview so guests can wind down and watch a film after a busy day exploring the coastline. The double bedroom offers a peaceful night’s sleep and the chic shower room next door is fitted with a double shower cubicle.
