This is lovely room for the single guest with included private ensuite as part of the room and which includes hanging and shelf storage, remote controlled lighting, blinds and curtains & extract ventilation as well as an opening window and balconette door. Use of shared kitchen and front door access. The property is my permanent private residence and is kept immaculate The Room is not suitable for night shift working.
I am a current 5*super host since Nov 2015, there is another room + ensuite listed on another popular website also on the 1st floor of the house. I am single, my hobbies are fly fishing, pilot light sport flying and motorcycling
The room is a 10 minute walk from the rail station, bus station and city centre where there are restaurants and licenced premises. There are no official dedicated car parking spaces but most guests are able to use unmarked car bays inside the development or the street just at the side of the listing, the development is landscaped and professionally maintained. Guests use the front door and ground floor hallway to access the 1st floor room
