Welcome to our beautiful self-catering holiday home in Cheltenham! With its own private entrance, our spacious home is spread over two floors and has off road parking for up to 4 cars. On the ground floor, you'll find a comfy lounge with seating for 8, a 65" flat-screen TV, and patio doors leading out to a fully enclosed private rear garden. The open-plan kitchen diner is perfect for entertaining and comes fully equipped for all your basic cooking needs. The kitchen features two fridge freezers, a washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, and induction hob. You'll also find a kettle, toaster, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee maker with complimentary pods provided. The dining table, which seats 8, also has patio doors that lead out to the garden. The ground floor also has a modern shower room and bedroom 4, with a king-size zip-and-link bed that can be split into singles upon request. Upstairs, there are 4 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, this home is quiet and peaceful yet offers easy access to nearby attractions, including Cheltenham's Regency District and Promenade with its restaurants, bars, and shopping.

Nunney Close is located to close by to General Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) in Cheltenham and is often referred to as the Centre For The Cotswolds. Cheltenham is a vibrant Regency spa town known for its elegant architecture, cultural festivals, and beautiful parks. It offers a mix of traditional charm and modern amenities. Visitors can enjoy a variety of events throughout the year, including the famous Cheltenham Festival, which features horse racing, jazz, literature, and science festivals.
