Incredible location on the bustling Ormeau Road in Belfast. You’re 3 minutes walking distance from 1st pub with pool tables, 5 minutes from 2nd pub, and 8 minutes from the 3rd and 4th. It takes 15 mins to walk to Belfast City Centre, and a beautiful park is nearby. Ormeau Park. You are 1 minute from Pizza Places, a chip shop, Restaurants, Dry Cleaners, ATMs, Convenience stores, eating places, and off-license. You're 10-15 minutes drive away from George Best City Airport. The house is 15 mins from the Odyssey Arena for concerts, however, do allow sufficient time if you are driving to the concert because of other cars and Taxis queuing to get in. Ulster Rugby Stadium is within 15 min walking distance. The house has 2 rooms with a double and single bed. There is a folding guest bed (with a quilt etc) for an extra person with a small surcharge for laundry. Many parties of 4 have stayed in the property and have found it comfortable. The WIFI is super fast with almost 1GB of download speed. STRICTLY NO PARTIES, due to residential area. No hen/stag parties, please. It is a small but intimate little home. Should a party be reported, the guests will be asked to stop and may be asked to leave without a refund. Please note this is very important due to previous complaints.
I want you and your family/guests to enjoy your stay at the wee house. To have a great time and relax. The property is small but is ideal for a night in Belfast or a perfect stopover before going to the Airport, or staying over for a concert at the nearby Odyessy Arena, or simply taking time out to connect with friends. I aim to take all feedback and implement the feedback suggestions where possible. Having worked in hospitality for nearly 30 years, I know how important it is to make that first impression.
The area is perfect. Pretty much everything you need from pubs, restaurants, shops and takeaways is virtually on your front door. The pubs are great, and the eating places are in abundance. Buses are up and down the road to the city centre every 10-15 mins. It’s a 15-minute walk into Belfast City Centre. Ulster Museum is a 20-minute walk if you want to see some of the artefacts making Northern Ireland's history.
