On entering the house you are in a spacious hallway with a separate toilet; on the left is a very comfortable living room with Smart TV. On the right-hand side of the hallway, you enter an open plan fully fitted kitchen, dining and family room with patio doors leading out to the garden where most of it is laid to grass. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a kingsize bed and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a 4ft 6in double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds (each 2ft 6in). The family bathroom has a bath with a shower cubicle.
