Our 6 bedroom hall is located in beautiful Cheshire right in the middle of 600 acres of land. We have a luxury penthouse apartment to let with a large bedroom, sitting room, TV and WiFi, fully fitted self contained kitchen, shower room and washing utility. The apartment is based on the top floor of our house. The apartment is completely self contained and private from the rest of the house.

My husband and I run our own small business and we work from home quite a lot. We have 4 grown up children and two of those adults live at home with us. They have their own rooms and spend most of their time in those rooms. We have 3 cats and a small dog. We also have 11 chickens who lay the most gorgeous eggs every day. Fresh eggs a plenty and you are welcome to some for your breakfast. Our house is a little too large for us and we'd like to rent out the apartment in either a short term let or long term. We're happy for you to bring your pet with you as long as they are well behaved and consider our animals. Your pet must be kept on a lead at all times when in the house but can of course be let off when in the apartment. This is just to prevent our cats being chased and possibly bitten. We'd also like to ask that you clean up after your pet. If its a dog that you have and it is shedding hair we ask that you clean this up before you leave. We also request that you do not let your dog on our furniture or on the bed. We believe our apartment is to a very high standard with exceptionally good Egyptian cotton linen, good towels in the shower room, excellent toiletries. Blue mountain coffee in the coffee maker just waiting for you to try. Essentially, everything we would want if we were going away on holiday. The lounge is also very comfortable with double sofas, a brand new 55 inch smart TV so you can watch Netflix, Disney + or Prime TV along with lots of other channels.

We live in a very quiet place, in the middle of the Cheshire countryside. We have only one neighbour. They are 300 yards away from us, so we enjoy the ultimate privacy. We are not on a bus route so it is essential that you have a car or some other similar mode of transport. If your transport is the train and and you find yourself at Macclesfield train station there are ample taxi cabs there who will bring you to our place. When you book with us I will send you proper directions so you can't get lost. It's wonderful living in the middle of the hills in Cheshire but it can sometimes challenge your sat nav.
