This is a fabulous penthouse apartment with views over Brighton's historic Nort. It has spacious rooms with King-sized beds, both with private separate walk-in shower bathrooms, 1 en-suite, and a gorgeous decked terrace overlooking the hustle of one of the best independent shopping areas in Brighton if not the UK. We live in one half of an enormous apartment (It's actually two apartments knocked into one) separated by a divider and your private suite of this apartment adjoins ours via a corridor. Although we may hear each other in the corridor, we don't access it or any of your space. Your apartment also has its own separate front door and bathrooms and bedrooms which are all lockable making them private and secure. The apartment does not have a separate lounge (this is set up within bedroom 2, the one with a terrace) nor a kitchen. We have however set up a kitchenette facility which includes a microwave, fridge, toaster, plates, cups and glasses and in bedroom 2 there is also a kettle for tea making and a Nespresso machine. There's also a fold away table available for take-aways or if you want to play a board game/jigsaw. There's even a cupboard full of these:-)

We love Brighton and have lived and worked here for nearly 10 years. We love the fabulous diverse/beach/nightlife/shopping/arts/scene here and can certainly help suggest or recommend a suitable night out or decent restaurant. Down our end of the apartment corridor we live with Ruby our gorgeous (quiet) pooch who is uber-friendly and sociable. If you want to meet her (or us!) we can do this but otherwise she/we will remain away from you to give you privacy.

The apartment is right in the heart of the North Laine shopping district; we over-look it! It is 2mins from the Station, Dome, Royal Pavilion, swimming pool, Theatre Royal. 5 mins from The Lanes shopping district, Brighton Conference Centre, Grand Hotel, beach, piers, i-360, Sealife Centre. It is an amazing central place to rest before heading out again! As our area is mainly retail at night it is quiet (for Brighton anyway!)
