Situated yards from the Seafront and the Beach, No.16 offers Boutique, room only accommodation close to all amenities. Seaham seafront is a bustling row of cafes’ bars and restaurants facing the famous statue of Tommy, Seaham’s tribute to soldiers of WW1. Originally built in 1857, No.16 is an early Victorian house, originally commissioned by Lord Londonderry for the first Manager of the new Seaham Colliery. It has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment. All rooms are beautifully decorated with new bathrooms, Wi-Fi, 4k HD TVs and period style sash windows. We offer a Room Only service, There are many cafes just a few minutes walk away that offer breakfast. Local pubs and restaurants offer evening meals.
