Number 14 is part of the sympathetically designed extension added to the side of the building, from the property there are stunning uninterrupted loch views east across the water to the surrounding mountains and the island of Inchmurrin. There is a large free parking area with electrically operated gates. The property itself is a terraced two storey home, laid out in a townhouse style that combines a traditional feel with a contemporary modern and high end specification throughout. It is a self catering apartment. The property has an open plan dining and seating area with flat screen tv and free Wi-Fi. The terrace and gardens are accessed through French doors, where you’ll find garden furniture and BBQ facilities for your private use. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher as well as a washing machine. There is an entrance vestibule and a wc on the ground floor also. There are wooden stairs which lead to the master bedroom with en-suite, this room has access onto the private balcony. Across the hall is a second bedroom and a separate bathroom. The property comfortably sleeps four people and a travel cot can be provided if requested.

Lomond Castle enjoys a picture perfect location in one of the most iconic areas of Scotland on the western shores of Loch Lomond and close to the renowned Loch Lomond Golf Club, Carrick Castle Golf Club and Spa, many beautiful loch side wedding venues are closeby and Glasgow is within easy commuting distance, the airport is around 30 minutes drive. Duck Bay Restaurant and Cameron House, including The Boat House are all within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Perfect for the outdoor enthusiast, there are great leisure pursuits found in and around Loch Lomond and the National Park. The nearby towns of Helensburgh and Balloch are within easy reach, 10 minutes by car, and offer many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a host of independent shops.
