The guest space (bedroom, en-suite and kitchenette) is on the ground floor of our modern home and is separate from our living areas. You'll have your own entrance giving you both freedom and privacy. The large bedroom has a king size bed with a memory foam mattress, feather down duvet and pillows and white cotton bed linens. A good size table and chairs provide a space for eating or working. There’s free WiFi and a 32” wall mounted TV with a dedicated free Netflix account. The tiled en-suite has a large luxury rainfall shower with a separate hand-held attachment. Towels and toiletries are provided. Next door to your bedroom is the kitchenette, solely for guest use where there’s a good selection of teas and coffees, snacks, microwave, fridge, kettle, sink, crockery and a plentiful selection of drinking glasses along with the continental breakfast (cereals, yogurts, pastries, orange juice etc). There's a large parking space for your car on the driveway which is just outside your room (a benefit of not being in the centre of St Ives!) plus a Wallbox EV charger if needed (charged at a standard rate). Ideally located in a quiet village just 3.1 miles from St Ives and its beaches, shops and restaurants and on the edge of an AONB. Perfect for couples wanting a relaxing break or business / solo travellers who'd prefer to stay in a home rather than a hotel.

Nancledra is a small rural village, 3.1 miles from St Ives and 4 miles from Penzance, right on the edge of AONB with miles of glorious coastline to discover. Easily accessible to St Ives with it's quaint cobbled lanes filled with shops, bars and cafes along with its five stunning golden sandy beaches. Penzance in the opposite direction has a main line train station, a promenade and lido, and a good selection of shops. We provide our guests with lots of information on places to visit, things to do and see along with a list of recommendations on eating.
