A real home from home stay with all the comforts you'll need for short or long stays. The house is close to travel routes and amenities like supermarkets, shops, buses and main travel routes. 10 minutes to the centre of Plymouth, or just a short drive/bus up onto Dartmoor! The space Ground Floor Come on it to the main hallway where you can find a fitted kitchen to the right. The kitchen comes with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dish washer, microwave and coffee machine. Please note the dryer is outside in the shed. There is also a dedicated workspace in the kitchen next to the nice bright window. The open plan Lounge/diner offers ample room to relax and unwind, or catch up with all your favourite shows on the 50 inch smart TV. The sofa also pulls out into a sofa bed. Patio doors lead out to the back yard and outside seating area. A separate WC completes the ground floor. Upstairs Bedroom 1 - x1 king sized bed or 2x full sized singles (Please let us know your configuration requirements at reservation)- this room comes with its own ensuite, with toilet, sink and shower. Bedroom 2 - x2 single beds Bedroom 3 - x1 single bed All bedrooms come with blinds and black out curtains for the best nights sleep. The main bathroom is fitted with sink, toilet and shower over the bath tub. Outside there is a patio garden with furniture, and access to a shed (where the dryer is). The Property comes with a private off road parking space to the rear of the property. A conveniently located play park is just across the road from the front door. This is a non smoking property. Sorry no pets.

The area is generally quiet, mainly family and working people as the property is close to travel links. You are around 10 mins from the city centre, and a short car ride out onto Dartmoor.
