Situated in Porlock and only 1.9 km from Bossington Beach, Myrtle Cottage B&B features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. This recently renovated bed and breakfast is located 2.3 km from Porlock Beach and 14 km from Dunster Castle. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. At the bed and breakfast, each unit is fitted with a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels. A very warm Exmoor welcome awaits you at Myrtle Cottage, Porlock, a comfortable thatched cottage built over 400 years ago which is bursting with character and charm. Take time out to unwind in front of our blazing log fire while you plan your day. Enjoy our generous breakfast including Exmoor's best quality locally sourced produce. Let us know if you have a particular dietary requirement and we'll do our very best to cater for your needs. Myrtle Cottage has comfortable and stylish bedrooms each with modern en-suite facilities. We have free off-road parking, and drying facilities for boots etc. Open all year round, we welcome children, walkers and cyclists. We are also dog friendly, but only by prior arrangement in some rooms
Tyrone and Neil look forward to welcoming you at Myrtle Cottage Bed and Breakfast. We aim to make your visit to Exmoor as comfortable and pleasant as possible, including offering advice on places to visit, walks and where to eat, locally and further afield.
Porlock is ideally situated within beautiful Exmoor National Park, a short stroll from the sea and surrounded by stunning scenery. There are lots of things to do for all interests, whether it's walking, cycling, horse riding, fishing, bird watching, star gazing, sailing, swimming, surfing - they're all on our doorstep. We have a good choice of pubs, restaurants and tea shops to suit all tastes within an easy 2 minute walk from Myrtle Cottage.
