The property is a self-contained annexe joined to our detached home offering a large living room, flat screen TV, Large sofa. table and 2 chairs for dining, Kitchen facilities, separate double bedroom with a shower/sink/toilet facilities. We can also provide a Z-Bed and travel cot for younger children. if required. Everything you need is included for a comfortable stay. Although we do not provide a cooked breakfast, we do provide cornflakes, Milk, Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Biscuits, Bread & Butter & Jam for you included in the rate you pay. There is an under counter fridge, Microwave, Kettle, Tassimo with pods provided and all crockery and kitchen utensils you should need during your stay. You have separate access to the property by way of patio doors and a key box on the wall at the front of the house. So you can have easy access day or night.

We moved to this beautiful village five years ago from Essex and love village life. We have a large house and now the children have moved on we decided to share our home with people looking to have a break away from home and enjoy the Suffolk/Norfolk countryside and beaches. We have two dogs, Luna & Tinkerbell. Luna is a gentle giant who never barks, Tinkerbell is small and has an issue with the postman! She may bark upon your arrival but she just has little dog syndrome. We love socialising with friends & family. We have a son and daughter and three grandchildren, all boys! My current job entailed travelling prior to the pandemic and I have stayed at plenty of hotels, B & B's etc; so hope that our property provides everything that you would expect during your stay. We both know how important it is to feel happy and relaxed when staying away from your own home and having a break from work too. If during your stay you need anything we are always happy to help. We want your stay to be really enjoyable! We are really approachable and love meeting new people but if you want to just go out for the day and come back for a restful night without interacting with us that's fine too.

We are literally right on the border of Suffolk & Norfolk and the river Waveney runs through our village a few hundred meters from our house. There is a beautiful church almost opposite our house and you will find a lovely pub literally next door to the property where you can have a relaxing drink or even sit down for a great meal from their extensive menu, if you don't feel like cooking! Your stay is in a lovely peaceful village and yet only a few miles from shops, Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets and wonderful places to visit. Whether you just want to put your feet up and rest or go out and about exploring Suffolk & Norfolk. We are situated in an ideal spot, only 11 miles from Diss and central to Ipswich, Norwich & Great Yarmouth. The beaches are amazing along the Suffolk and Norfolk Coast. There is so much to do and see here in Suffolk/Norfolk both for single travelers, Couples & Families. We provide a Welcome book with all the important information you may need and recommendations on where to go if you are looking for something to eat, drink and sight see.
