We are a private family business and have been running and improving it since 2009.

Property information

The SoulPad can sleep 4 people, and has a wonderful stove. The tent is located away from the main house, in the meadow behind the brick wall. Access to the play and picnic area of the garden, includes a playground/trampoline/picnic bench and the table tennis. The play area is shared with other guests of the Lawns Estate. Private off road parking. Access is from the street (Kerridge Way) and is independent from the rest of the estate. The Lawns Estate is in town, and so some town noise is inevitable and is part of staying in a built-up area.
