The townhouse has a contemporary design split over 3 floors with a large master bedroom which offers a super kingsize bed or 2 singles (zip & link bed). A Dorma and 2 velux windows provide a light and airy feel to the master bedroom. On the 1st floor is the main bathroom with a large walk in shower,, a double bedroom plus a dressing room/study which can accommodate an adult/child with a fold down bed. On the ground floor is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven , hob and dishwasher as well as a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is a downstairs cloakroom and a washer drier in the understairs cupboard. To the rear is the lounge/diner with bifold doors leading to a private south facing patio area which is ideal for evening barbeques (BBQ provided) and eating out on warm summer evenings. A gated side access to the rear patio area provides an secure area for storing bikes, sailing gear and personal belongings. An allocated parking space is adjacent to the property.
