Stylishly refurbished and self-contained, Mayfield Lodge is classy, comfortable and excellently equipped. Situated in the grounds of Mayfield House, at the edge of Paxford with gated private parking, Mayfield Lodge has countryside views and walks on the doorstep. Paxford races and the Paxfest music festival are bring the usually quiet village to life and Mayfield Lodge is perfect for exploring the North Cotswolds - all the major towns are within a short walk or drive, including Chipping Campden which is just over 2 miles away, Moreton-in-Marsh, Stow on the Wold and Broadway. The excellent Ebrington Arms pub is a short ealk or drive away and there are numerous pubs and restaurants to visit within 2-3 miles of Mayfield Lodge.
Becky and Andy are friendly welcoming hosts who know the local area well - in addition to helping with any special requests where they can, they will be delighted to offer suggestions on places to visit and things to do in the area.
Paxford is quiet village set in beautiful countryside with great walks on the doorstep. A short walk or drive will take you to great pubs and restaurants as well and numerous National Trust properties and other historic locations. At Easter each year the Paxford Races run and every other year the Paxfest music festival takes place on the village green.
