Sitting pretty in London’s famous Primrose Hill and nestled next to Regent’s canal. Mason & Fifth, Primrose Hill is a stunningly restored heritage building with 62 private studios. Mason & Fifth, Primrose Hill is a new boutique guesthouse in a stunningly restored heritage home, with 61 private studios, a large shared living, working & dining area, and a beautiful private garden and yoga pavilion for when the sun shines. You’ll find a genuine sense of home, whether you are staying for just a night or settling in for longer. Each studio comes fully furnished with a comfy, luxury mattress and bed linen. The kitchen is equipped with top of the range appliances including a hob, microwave oven, and fridge. Crockery, cutlery and glassware are all provided along with a table and chairs for two. There’s also a coffee machine with Caravan coffee, Canton tea, and oat milk for you to enjoy. All en suites include a waterfall shower, organic bathroom amenities and towels. There’s a hairdryer in each studio, a smart TV for when you want to chill and superfast WiFi when you need to get your head down. You’ll also have full access to our beautiful shared living room, dedicated work space, communal kitchen, private garden and yoga pavilion. Each morning there’s a help-yourself breakfast bar, weekly ‘Wine Down Fridays’ where you can join us for a glass of wine from 5pm. Mid-week stays can enjoy weekly wellness events which include yoga with Kiki from Primrose Hill Yoga, and our neighbourhood run club, Your Pace or Mine. With digital key card access you can come and go as you please, and our House Managers will be on hand should you need anything.

Primrose Hill is known for its idyllic green spaces with panoramic views of London’s skyline. But not just that, the pastel-coloured Victorian terraced houses line the streets leading to the infamous Regents Road, which boasts local shops and cosy cafés frequented by locals. While everything you need is just a stone’s throw away, if you’re looking to explore further, the hustle and bustle of Camden is just a 10-minute walk away, and Kings Cross is not too far away for you to connect to the rest of London.
