Lynn Hill Guest House has been in the family for over 30 years, previously owned and run by Maryanne and Brian (Larraines parents), who are still occasionally on the scene.

Lynn Hill Guest House is a family run bed and breakfast located in the centre of Dereham and has been operating for over 30 years!! Dereham is a market town nestled in the "Heart of Norfolk", and we're only 16 miles away from Norwich. We are perfectly located for strolling out to explore the town, but also an excellent central base for exploring the surrounding countryside and the Norfolk Coast. We offer both ground floor and first floor accommodation, in beautifully furnished rooms, that have tea and coffee making facilities, Freeview TV’s, free wifi and a wonderfully cooked full English breakfast. We pride ourselves on offering ‘home from home’ hospitality, clean rooms and a warm Norfolk welcome. There is ample parking for all guests and garage space for those cycling enthusiasts. Whether you are visiting relatives, a family on holiday or a contractor working in the area for a few days or even months, we would love to welcome you to Lynn Hill Guest House. We may be a small Bed and Breakfast but this has enabled us to establish great relationships with our guests. Many of whom return to us and have been returning to us for many years, not just as guests but as friends.

Lynn Hill Guest House is set back off the road and is located opposite a BP / M&S store - perfect for nipping across to get yourself some treats before settling down for the night or to fill up with petrol before your journey onwards. We also have a recreational ground a minute walks away, a welcome bonus for many of our little guests to let off some steam in the lovely fresh air. A two minute walk away we have the Dereham Leisure Centre, great for keeping fit whilst working away from home or for taking your cherubs over for a swim. If that's not enough for you and your family we also have a bowling alley (Strikes) and soft play area (Planet Zoom), to entertain you further. and they're both reachable in under five minutes by walk! We're located walking distance to the town centre and have plenty of shops and restaurants to make your stay varied and exciting. And lets not forget the wonderful Mid Norfolk Railway which is at the end of our road. With its many wonderful events put on around the year you won't be disappointed.
