We have a collection of traditional holiday cottages and log cabins set in the heart of the beautiful Northumberland countryside. Our self catering accommodation is the perfect location for a country retreat in an area renowned for its beauty and rich wildlife.
Our holiday cottages lie opposite to Harbottle Forest and the surrounding area is home to an abundance of British wildlife including red squirrels, otters and black lizards. We are situated in a perfect location for wildlife that make their homes within rural forests or around rivers and waterways, the diversity of wildlife in the areas around the cottages is one of the most rich and varied in the whole of England. We are also situated inside the Northumberland Dark Sky Park, the largest Dark Sky Park in Europe and home to the darkest skies in England. Being inside the dark sky park means our cottages are set in the best location in England for viewing of the night sky and a fantastic holiday destination for anyone interested in astronomy or stargazing.
