Little England is a rural retreat away from the hustle and bustle of life, set in the grounds of a medieval farmhouse. A space to rest, recuperate and recharge your batteries, in a choice of a cottage, yurt or retro caravan. Emma and Chris own and run Little England Retreats. Our ultimate aim, is to create a place of tranquility and calm, where you can really relax.

Emma and Chris welcome you. We always go out of our way to make every single guest who stays with us feel special and welcome. We are inviting you into our home as well as our business. It means the world to us and we hope that comes over when we meet.

Somerset is a land with a very mystical past. From the ancient sweet tracks, the legends of Arthur and Avalon & Glastonbury, through to King Alfred's palace (only a stone's throw away), the battle of Sedgemoor and beyond. We are steeped in history that has shaped this country and beyond. The wildlife on the levels is quite unique, especially the birds. It is very peaceful and quiet compared to many areas of the country. In some ways, the past hasn't let the present overtake it. We are ideally located for a variety of locations: Wells, Glastonbury, Cheddar, Weston-Super-Mare. Bath, Bristol, Exeter and Lyme Regis are all a very easy day trip.
