A comfortable and spacious three bedroom house on a quiet street, very closely located to the centre of town and all festival/fringe activities. The house has a sunroom, luxury kitchen and living room downstairs. Upstairs has the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and two further double bedrooms. There is a private garden area with seating outside, and private parking. This is our lived in and loved family home, with lots of character. Guests can experience local living in Edinburgh.
