Kinneuchar Cottage, re-listed and managed by Cheryl who is the owner of this beautiful homely little cottage in the heart of the conservation village of Kilconquhar. The cottage sleeps 4 and is dog friendly, bowls and towels are provided, along with a little welcome treat. It was refurbished in 2021 and offers an open plan kitchen/lounge with flat screen TV, 1 spacious bedroom with a superking bed or can be 2 singles to suit with superior quality mattresses, the lounge area has a comfortable sofa which can open into a double bed. All towels and linen are provided along with a welcome pack of goodies. The kitchen is well equipped for your stay, with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, cooker, toaster and all the kitchenware you will require. There is a cot and highchair ( on request) clothes drying rack and iron. The property has a wet room, with shower, toilet and sink. The front of the cottage looks over a horse paddock to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun, and the back garden is a sun trap all afternoon and evening and has a patio area with bbq. The cottage has private off street parking for 1 car, additionally the main street and car park can be used.

Kilconquhar has its very own quaint little restaurant and bar, known as the Kinneuchar Inn, which was voted best in 2023 by The Good Food Guide, Kilconquhar Castle is also in the village where morning coffee, evening drinks and bar food is served, horse riding can also be booked at the castle. In nearby Elie, you'll find watersports at the beach, tennis, golf and bowling located at Elie Sports club, and bars and restaurants within the village. The surrounding East Neuk fishing villages are all nearby and are very much worth a visit, there are so many places for you to eat and drink, have fish and chips, coffee or ice creams, you'll be spoilt for choice. Those that enjoy the outdoors, take a trip to see the May Isle on the May Princess, a fishing trip, and enjoy the Fisheries Museum and gift shop all located in Anstruther 6 miles away. The historic town of St Andrews is only 10 miles away, known for its many Golf Courses, British Golf Museum, Aquarium, sandy beaches and the ruins of S Andrews castle.
