Kings View is a two-bedroom, duplex apartment on Newcomen Road in Dartmouth, boasting 180-degree views spanning from Britannia Royal Naval College, across the River Dart to Kingswear, and around to Dartmouth Castle. The property sleeps four people in two bedrooms (one with King-size bed and one with a small double bed), and has a recently refurbished shower room. The apartment also has a stunning open-plan kitchen/sitting/dining room featuring a large window spanning the width of the room, on the upper floor. A parking permit and baby friendly equipment is also provided. Kings View is a great holiday home for those with a family, looking to enjoy the delights of Dartmouth. NOTE - No parking at the property - parking permit supplied (car park is approximately 10-15 minute walk from the apartment). Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon.
