This five bedroom bright, stylish, renovated home is the perfect home from home, having everything you need for a large family. The house is pefectly situated for relaxing at home and exploring the city. Edinburgh City Centre is a 15 minute bus journey away. The space Our home is stylishly decorated and features five double bedrooms.. One master bedroom with views of the city, freestanding bath and ensuite. A double bedroom with an ensuite, and three reasonably sized doubles. There is a living room to the front of the house and a large open plan kitchen, dining, living area to the back of the house. The open plan kitchen leads out to the garden. A beautiful outdoor space over multiple levels with a large seated area and fire pit. For the kids, big and little, there is a trampoline, double swing and playhouse outside. And inside a small toys and games area. Guest access Full access to the house and outdoor space. Two cars can fit on the driveway with a little squeeze, alongside free on street parking. Other things to note Unfortunately, parties are not allowed. Our home is on a residential and family orientated street. Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. The verification must be complete within 72 hours of booking and in the case of a same day check-in, completion is required within 2 hours of booking. Please note, if you do not complete the guest verification process or the requirements are not met, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
