The property has two large bedrooms that you can choose from. It has 3 floors, ground 1st and 2nd floor. The host have their own room up on the 2nd floor with their own facilities, while the guests are on the 1st floor with their own facilities. The house was built in 2006 and therefore carries that modern look and feel enjoying the spacious rooms. The house has a kitchen on the ground floor to which you access and also has a garden accessible to you through the lounge. You will not need the lounge as your room has sofa to relax on while resting. For those who want to work or study there is a provision for a nice desk. Each of the rooms for guests have got their own TV, and needed facilities, which meansyou are free to watch a program of your interest.

John and Denise are a married couple. They are both caring and have faith in Jesus Christ, and therefore are Christians. They have in hosting for 7 years now on other platforms and have vasty experience. Professionally John, is an academic and has a Ph.D in Physical Chemistry and Computer programming at Post Doctral research. John is a CEO and Director of West Midlands Open College and therefore loves teaching and lecturing, while Denise i highly creative and works with her hands where she designs jewellery from exotic beads from Zambia. Both John and Denise are people helpers as they are called to serve God through their church work in Cannock, UK. When you stay, you are actually with the host team that cares.

The neighbourhood is a very quiet one and mainly professionals stay in the area. There is only one entrance by road to the area which means that there is no high street that makes people run through to make any noise. Very friendly area. Further more the property is located only 10mins walk to the city centre and about 15minutes to the Aboretum Park. The park is one of the best the area serving people with unique walking paths and gardens crowned with the water course and mini lake. Here you have a chance to enjoy the breeze on a nice warm dry day and be able watch ducks as they swim in the blue reflective water. What a relaxing scene as you sit there on the bench or simply stand and gaze at this beauty. Come and explore these features in the park. The main shopping area called the Whalf is just with the precinct of the city and easily accessible by foot or driving. There you will see gymanasium, playing areas and shops. If you are a shopper you will ASDA, TESCOs, ALDI, ARGOS and more, graced with restuarants from Nandos to Fridays. Accross the other side is a cannal by which the cinema hall is looked and a that beautifies the area giving it a more exotic feeling.
