Pureserviced is a well established property operator within the city of Plymouth, having acquired the Imperial into its portfolio of businesses with effect from 1st November 2023 . Our staff are chosen for their excellent customer care and attention to detail. With circa 40 staff across guest relations, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance we pride ourselves on being a family business, focussing purely on the Plymouth area. Between us we work hard to ensure that you will enjoy your stay. On arrival park the car and explore on foot. We are ideally situated 3 minutes walk from the sea and the shops and 8 minutes to the old town of The Barbican. Activities we love to do are simple: walk on the seafront, purchase an ice-cream, contemplate a swim in Plymouth Lido or climb Smeaton's tower.

Welcome to this award winning family owned townhouse in Plymouth offering quality guest accommodation to include: * Free wireless broadband 500 mbps, which is available throughout most of the building (that's fast!). * On site parking for 13 cars is available pay on arrival at 12.50 GBP per night, No need to booked in advance as we have more bedrooms than parking spaces so we can only go by 1st come 1st serve basis. * The bus and train stations are a mere 10/15 minute walk away. * Swimming pool, gym & sauna available in the Crown Plaza, 1 minute walk, at 10 GBP * Individually styled rooms. Each with their own unique charm, all differing shapes, sizes * Breakfast is from 7am - 9am Monday - Friday. 8-10am Saturday & Sunday - if you wish to upgrade from room only to include breakfast this is possible at 12.50 GBP pppn * A variety of restaurants can be found within 5 minutes walk of The Imperial * Well behaved pets are welcomed by prior arrangement at a cost of 10 GBP per night Centrally located, we are just 2 minutes walk from the famous Plymouth Hoe. Take a trip to the Theatre Royal (5 minute stroll) or wander down to the vibrant Barbican (5 minute walk) with all its attractions. Dive into the nearby Drake Circus shopping centre. Kindly note the accommodation does not have a lift. Therefore if any guests have a mobility impairment, please mention during booking, so a lower room can be allocated. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation. The Imperial has 13 parking spaces and 21 rooms, and if you would like to park on site this costs £12.50 per vehicle per night, which will need to be booked in advance . The parking process may involve blocking other cars - if you block in another car we ask for your car keys to be left at reception if you are going out. Alternatively it is possible to purchase an all day parking permit to allow you to park on the road from reception for GBP 8.00 . Please note that check-in after 21:30 is not possible.
