3) Duplex Apartment - Located on the 2nd floor, up 4 flights of stairs 
Please note that the building does not have a lift. 
*We kindly ask to make sure you read and understand our house rules before booking your stay* *The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We have a noise sensor in the apartment that measures decibels and alerts us when the noise is above acceptable threshold. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to 500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

You will discover many of Liverpool's finest restaurants, bars and cafés in the Georgian Quarter neighbourhood. Make sure you take a short walk to the lively Baltic Market that offers a range of delicious cuisines from various local restaurants!
