Come and relax in our peaceful 1-bedroom holiday apartment and enjoy one of the best views in Lyme Regis! You will enter the apartment into a bright, open-plan living and dining area with the kitchen off to the rear. The east facing window offers a stunning view out over Lyme Regis and across Lyme Bay towards Portland. Outside the living room window there is a secluded sun terrace - the perfect place for enjoying breakfast and a morning drink as the sun rises over the bay. The living area has two large comfortable sofas and a television with Freeview and a DVD player. This room also offers additional accommodation - when we host more than two guests we can set up the sofa-bed for your arrival or provide linen for you to do this yourself at bed time, it’s entirely up to you but please let us know if you will be using a sofa bed when you make your booking. Upstairs the bedroom is spacious and bright with quality furnishings. The bay window offers the same wonderful view along the coastline so if its a bit breezy on the terrace you can watch the sun rise from the comfort of your bed! The bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed (dressed with professionally laundered, hotel quality linen) two bedside tables with lamps and plenty of drawer and hanging space so you can unpack and make yourself feel truly at home! The bathroom has a good quality shower, a wash basin, and a toilet.

Lyme Regis is one of the most popular destinations on the Jurassic Coast, which is a World Heritage Coastline. When you come and stay with us everything you need for an enjoyable holiday is within walking distance. Award winning beaches, restaurants, and a large number of independent shops, galleries, and eateries are all within walking distance of the property. Supermarkets Tesco Express and Co-Op are 800m away (a fairly steep walk back up the hill!). There are larger Tesco stores in Axminster and Seaton (about 6 miles and 8 miles away respectively). Restaurants We include a more extensive list or recommendations in the guest manual but a couple of highlights are: Tom's Lyme Regis. Award winning seafood with a stunning view of the bay. The Strawberry Tree - Tapas SWIM - serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, right on the seafront. Attractions: The Marine Theatre - live music and performance in Lyme. Symonsbury Estate - 1500 acres of Dorset countryside and ancient woodlands. Home of the iconic Colmers Hill (accessible from their free car park). The visitor centre has shops, a gallery and a cafe. Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens - Magnificent Victorian walled garden set in 30 acres of woodland valley, with a childrens play area, nature trail and coffee shop. Bridport market - Wednesday and Saturday from 8am to mid-afternoon. The walk down into Lyme Regis town is only about half a mile. There are buses East and West along the coast that pass close by, also buses to and from the nearest railway station which is in Axminster (6 miles). Routes include the 71, 378 and the ‘Jurassic Coaster’ (X51 and X53).
