** HERON 41 ** Two Bedroom family caravan, sleeps up to six with sofa bed. * Includes free onsite venue Wi-Fi. * Double glazing and gas central heating. * Modern fitted kitchen with oven, air fryer, microwave and separate fridge and freezer. * This kitchen offers a toaster, kettle and is equipped with all kitchenware. * Dining area with table and chairs plus a two seat breakfast bar. * Lounge with large seating area, electric fireplace, Amazon fire stick, flat screen TV plus sofa bed. * Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with king size bed, storage, TV and en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet and wash basin.. * Bedroom 2 - Twin room with two full size single beds and storage plus 'Jack and Jill' access to shower room. * Family shower room with toilet and wash basin * Decking area with outdoor furniture. * Assigned parking is available next to the caravan - this is free of charge. Check in is from 4pm on your arrival date and Check out is by 10am on the morning of your departure. Should you wish to book an earlier arrival or later departure it can be arranged for an additional cost. The key is situated in a lock box at the entrance of the caravan, the code to open the box will be sent to you on the day of your arrival at 3.45pm. California Cliffs Holiday Park is a well renowned Parkdean site based in Scratby, Great Yarmouth.
