Harbour Lights is a Victorian villa, set over 3 floors, with its own gardens and outdoor living & BBQ space. The house was extensively renovated in 2020. The house has unrivalled views over Crail Harbour and across the Firth of Forth. The beach is only a 2 minute walk from the house, and the high street shops are a 5 minute walk. This spacious home offers luxury, comfort and relaxation. Located in the East Neuk, close to world renowned golf courses and miles of coastal paths. With four bedrooms, sleeping 8-10 people, this house is an ideal getaway for families, golfers or friends. The bedroom layout would suit up to 8 adults, or 6 adults with up to 4 children. The house has a large dining kitchen with dishwasher, American fridge freezer and Rangemaster cooker. The spacious lounge area has a smart TV. There is also a laundry room with washer/dryer and additional fridge. On the first floor are 3 large bedrooms, one with luxury ensuite, and a family bathroom with bath and shower. The attic bedroom has 4 single beds. There is ample off-road parking for 2-3 cars, and a large outdoor dining & patio area with sea views. A digital welcome guide will be sent the week before you stay. A folder in the house contains all details about the property, and ideas for activities. The property's Energy Efficiency Rating is Band D (57)
Crail is a spectacular harbour village, one of a handful of picturesque fishing villages along the East Neuk of Fife. There are plenty of family friendly activities in the surrounding area, outstanding golf courses, as well as award winning restaurants offering fresh local produce.
