Aquest hotel està situat en una casa senyorial del segle XVII, que ha estat restaurada, i acull jardins extensos, un restaurat informal, un spa amb una piscina coberta de 20 metres, un gimnàs, banys de vapor, saunes i sales de tractaments. El Greenwoods és a pocs quilòmetres de Chelmsford i Billericay. L'aeroport de Londres Stansted es troba a 45 minuts amb cotxe.
