Myself and my husband purchased the apartment in 2020 after having owned the stuido apartment next door since 2018 and also renting it out as a holiday let. Both have been fully renovated to a high modern standard.

Newly refurbished one bedroom apartment located right on the caledonian canal and at the end of the great glen way. The apartment consists of a open plan kitchen/living area, the kitchen is fully equiped including a hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. The sofa in the living area is a sofa bed which allows the apartment to sleep up to 4 people. Bookings of 2 people are based on 2 people sharing. If the booking is for more than 2 people please book accordingly. If the booking is for 2 people not sharing please book for 3 people so we know to leave out extra bedding and linen and so the cost of the extra laundry is included. The bedroom is a generous size with a new kingsize bed, hanging storage for clothes and a vanity dresser and mirror. The bathroom is also all brand new with a shower and a small laundry area with a washing machine, sink, and iron. WIFI is included Access from the main door located at the front of the building. This is the door for this apartment and flat 5 (caledonian canal studio) which is our studio apartment and is also available to rent, it sleeps 2 people so it is ideal for 2 groups of people who want accomodation next to each other.

The building is Ideally located on the caledonian canal and the route of the great glen way. It is the perfect base for exploring the highlands, loch ness or begining the north coast 500. With something to cater for everyone, there are lots of shops and resturants in and around the town centre. There is a small coffee shop and chinese takeaway just across the road and food shops just a few minutes walk away. For those who enjoy the great outdoors there is lots of walking trails and cycle routes nearby as well as canoeing and kayaking. The apartment is well situated for local sight seeing and to the Jacobite cruises on loch ness.
