We look to provided beautiful, short term serviced accommodation to leisure guests and business contractors looking for an alternative to a hotel. Unlike a hotel, our properties are fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable short term stay. Whether you are in the city of Manchester for business or visiting family in Preston, Stays with FDC can provide properties that will be the perfect stay for you.

Situated on the top floor of the former Barclays Offices, the apartment has been converted into a two bed plus study spacious property. A light and bright apartment, it is situated right in the heart of Didsbury Village overlooking the main strip of restaurants, coffee shops and pubs. Situated on the top floor, above two other apartments, you have the benefit of complete privacy whilst still being in the heart of the village. The property allows for a max capacity of 5 adults with a double sofa bed in the spacious living room. The beds in the bedrooms can either be configured as four singles or two super kings. The master suite offers an ensuite with shower and the main bathroom is situated close to the second bedroom and includes a bath with shower. The study is the perfect set up for those working during their stay, with a dedicated desk and chair in a light and bright room. The living/dining is spacious and bright. A dedicated dining table seating four and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine for those longer stays. The apartment is equipped with breadboard and a 50 inch smart TV.

Situated two floors above a strip of restaurants and coffee shops, you don't have to wander too far to satisfy your appetite. If you fancy a walk, beautiful Didsbury park is situated behind the apartment with a great children playground if visiting with family. Or perhaps a stroll along the banks of the River Mersey or Fletchers Moss Botanical Gardens, both a short stroll away.
